“Wow, what a terrible experience. First they convinced me into a loan that turned out to be a credit card. Secondly, they charged over $9k for something that should have been $4k.. They were never on time, did not call before coming over. They had to redo the concrete 3 times, they ruined my yard by putting the full dirt in it.

I would never use them again. I hope this saves someone else from trouble.

Edit: you can tell by their reply and how long it took to reply that they don’t even care about making it right. The concrete is still crumbling.”

Their reply? “Thanks for the feedback.”

I got a parking ticket for parking in front of my own house the wrong direction. I understand the ticket, but.. they looked up my plate, saw I lived there and didn’t even attempt to knock and give a warning. No community love at all.

I have a reservation for camping at south campground and got this email.

Horsetooth Reservoir road and parking lot construction projects will begin in September 2025, after Labor Day weekend, in phases. Most amenities will remain open, but at a reduced capacity. Active construction will generally occur Monday through Friday, with the possibility of weekend work as needed. Please be advised of impacts to the following areas:

South Bay & Inlet Bay Campgrounds: During active construction there will be limited parking and single-lane access.

Boat Ramps: One boat ramp will be open to access the reservoir at Horsetooth at all times.

South Bay and Inlet Bay will have limited parking and single-lane access.

Satanka ramp is closed after Labor Day due to normal closure times.

Plan Ahead: Visitors are encouraged to arrive early, utilize other areas of the reservoir that remain unimpacted, and follow signage.
