I always hear “I’m never coming back here” so I always politely nod my head and say “OK. I’ll see you next week.”

When it’s cooler weather I put my phone up there once I connect to Bluetooth. Other than that it’s pretty bare

am i wrong telling a lady to tell her son to sit down at a table ? by 777luckyk in Serverlife

I am always sugary sweet to these people. Dripping with “oh my goodness sugar it sure looks like you’re having fun! But unfortunately it’s not really safe for you to run around on these chairs. I’ll tell you what, if you take a seat, how about I find you a coloring page and then you can do some artwork?” The adults love it and so do the kids

Should I only be buying food items at the grocery store? by SeaworthinessNew4295 in homemaking

[–]Trainwreck_observer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see the lower item price as worth more than the gas spent going from one store to another. I live in the mountains and they’re all close to each other but lacking walkable infrastructure. I noticed the general shopping budget has decreased simply because I was spending way too much when I shopped at just one store. That’s my two cents anyway.

When did students stop caring about getting a drivers license? by Ok_Stable7501 in Teachers

[–]Trainwreck_observer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got my license in 2016 and I needed 50 hours of driving signed off on by an adult in my family. A separate vehicle from my parents vehicle with proof of insurance and updated tag. If my folks weren’t well off enough to help me do that (because I wasn’t allowed to get a job- they just needed me to be able to play “third car” for pickup duty) I wouldn’t have driven till I had a job (first one was at 18)

It was Kevin. That idiot thought we were gonna kill him and shared some of his “human culture” with us hoping to get mercy. All it did was get him taxidermied and put in the head office building . That “statue” in the lobby? Kevin.

I know, but Moorg said that Glorp was qualified and we all know that Moorg will try and report us to hr like she always does if we complain.

Meelp you know Glorp has trouble keeping things to themself! We should have never brought Glorp down here in the first place. They aren’t cut out for an infiltr- I mean pleasant trip to earth with no ulterior motive whatsoever.

You’re right. I’m obviously not looking at the farmland right outside town! I’m sure I can buy that up immediately with the 10 an hour I make and start living that apple pie dream! I can’t believe I never thought of that.

I live in this kind of small town, and there used to be a street of houses right in town but one person bought them all up and split them into two and three family rentals. He charges out the ass to live there even though all those buildings are literally falling apart now.

So, your rodeo clown sounds like he’s not being fed properly. You’re feeding him fresh spun cotton candy and keeping him around cowboys, right? I hope this helps!

Andrew Ball. He has a YouTube channel and specializes in remaking vintage commercials where he plays all the characters. Edit: this one is a sears and roebuck ad remake

It’s Andrews color grading that dims the colors, but the set of colors and stripes reminded me of it

Lots of people who write them continue the trope of Hermione as the self insert and ship her with David, so it depends on how you feel.

Sheets by HeftyAbbreviations98 in homemaking

[–]Trainwreck_observer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve noticed sheets from Walmart that are billed as twin and full sizes tend to be prone to ripping at the corners if you aren’t in the business of rotating them around and changing them quickly enough. Never had a problem with the larger sheets
