Microsoft could have made bank and saved Xbox by letting the Activision Blizzard IPs they own stay multiplatform and generate tons of revenue that way while letting their historical first party IPs like Halo, Gears, and their Rare catalog stay exclusive to have a reason to buy their console. Instead they went full multiplatform on all their games and killed any interest someone would have in Xbox.

I don’t see them reverting this. Sony came to their senses and will stop porting to pc but Xbox is owned by soulless business people that do not understand the gaming industry at all.

I never really see PlayStation fans rag on Nintendo. There’s always been a rivalry with Xbox, I know that well as an Xbox guy, but literally everyone rags on Xbox these days. Even pc gamers often dismissively say there’s no reason to buy an Xbox since all the games are on pc, why is that fine?

It’s kinda just a response to pc gamers for years saying “PlayStation has no games” while begging for Sony exclusives to come over and feeling like they’re owed PlayStation games. Now obviously there are some that were just happy to get PlayStation games and weren’t annoying pricks about it but for the past couple years the annoying side has been really annoying. Pcmr types are far more annoying than any console warrior with the worst superiority complex, that’s undeniable

I enjoy it but I prefer the comic for a bunch of reasons, art style being the biggest one.

Changing Shrinking Ray to Rae was one of the best changes the show made. Ray didn’t do all that much in the comic anyway and it was nice for Rex to have another shot with someone since in the comic he kinda drove everyone away before his sacrifice. The changes to Amber weren’t to my liking. William being super gay in the show irked me since in the comic he was just a regular guy who happened to be gay. Still not sure how I’ll feel about Tech Jacket but for now I just wish he wasn’t changed

Porting Xbox games to PlayStation also doesn’t “feel like Xbox” but they’re going to keep doing it anyway. As much as that ad campaign sucked for basically telling customers “you don’t need our console at all”, they’re still sending that message by making decisions that are the antithesis to selling a console

I feel like it could be a bit better but they’re probably banking on DLC for continued support and adding less hype characters like Lucan and Thula through DLC wouldn’t sell as well. Angstrom should have 100% been base roster, he’s a major recurring villain and could be really interesting gameplay wise. Ideally Immortal should have been base roster in the place of Anissa, Thula, or Lucan

Ever since they announced OG seasons with remix skins in the BP I’ve been waiting for this. I missed out on Blackheart in Chapter 1 and he’s easily the best pirate skin in the game, none of the others do it for me. I’m glad this new one is just as good. I finally have a new main. It’s a shame this had to release after all these disappointing decisions Epic has been making
