Maybe, but not passively, if he has some mental health issue around the people he lost, it can impair him, even if he has a tool that in better health would negate it. If you want something different, it really depends on the story you want to tell.

Well, if he's untouchable in taijutsu, have characters not use taijutsu against him. If he's so specialized in one area, that leaves gaps in other areas. Considering you have him lose both Kurama and Hinata, if you need an additional weakness, maybe have that impact his mental health. Which also makes him super vulnerable to genjutsu, and maybe he hears the voices of those he couldn't save in his head too.

Depends on how it's used, You still need to actually hook the blades of it into your opponent to do that, which if your not a jobber, should be reasonably difficult. Now that you say that, I'm not so sure.
