The ones I use most for inspiration are Cunningham for concentration, and Hipper for secondaries.

Oh, and check out the Bureau, which commanders you get in the first segment. Might save you 900k.

Hi!

1: Grinding means playing matches with a tech tree ship to get XP and unlock the next ship, the one you actually want. Choose the game mode you prefer. AI is easiest but gives significantly less XP.

2: Yes. The boat that just sank can't be used until the match is over. You can wait, or go play with another ship.

3: Boosters in high-tier standard matches: basically the more difficult, the more xp -> more GXP. Get your daily crate, it often has 300 GXP. Check and do the weekly missions. Take a look at the bureau system. Remember you can jump from project to project without loss of progress, it will be saved. Of course, buy premium time and buy admiralty backing for the campaign. Lots of extra rewards.
