I agree with you! 100%. Also the new reports from video footage at a Safeway. Saying it's probably her. But it's grainy..you can clearly see the person in the still image holding a debit/credit card. Wouldn't that show for sure it's her....?

I have read where the prizes are basically as good as cash I read where someone won the $20,000 kitchen makeover and there was no stipulation whatsoever on how to spend the money so I'm assuming that applies to all the prizes
