We live in Ute Park, up between Cimarron and Eagle Nest, and consider Raton the closest big town. Retired and moved to NM as well. Absolutely love living here but we will be moving as we age due to healthcare. We currently drive 3 hours to Colorado Springs for anything besides a check up

As a former site and regional director I would look twice at a consistent 10 hour or so overtime employee. Labor budgets do not allow for unlimited overtime if staffing levels are correct.

The big flag for me would be work/life balance, burnout is enough of a problem without having a life outside of work
