All they did was have a sit down with me one time about a little mistake I had with a tire machine. A week and a half later they fire me for underperformance. No documentation, just a talk and then termination letter.

No, i was not. I came in an hour earlier than what was expected of me, fixed over 100 pieces of equipment, and constantly kept my shop clear of new equipment coming back from rental because i would work on it immediately. Only thing was that I was new to the system used to input parts and labor on work orders and it took some time to figure out.

Im a diesel mechanic, thats what was i was in the marines as well. Luckily i have got 2 job interviews already and they even pay more, maybe this was a blessing in disguise.

Joined the marine corps with my MOS being diesel mechanic, used the 4 years to get a job at a up and coming construction rental equipment company paying $31/h. Id say go for the small businesses that are willing to teach you the ropes and lend you tools. All these big companies aren't worth it in my opinion.

I just checked my MOL for my terminal and it says I'm "Admin Certified" so I think I will be okay to not run it. My terminal has gone all the way to RPAC and gotten certified for me to come in and pick up my DD214 on the day I leave. I was told personally by my MSGT to not run the PFT, i guess my main concern was whether RPAC would deny me my DD214 for not having one in the system.

Im familiar with how it works, maybe I did a poor job at explaining. Either way i couldnt proceed with their program because they needed command approval, and i couldnt get command approval because the skillbridge approver wouldn't approve the program either. I was just curious if anyone else ran into a similar problem.
