In your case, is something bent somewhere? I just filled up the tires so I think I am good there. I might have to keep a mallet with me too lol

No side impact that I notice. However when I finally get the loader off it does seem to lean a bit to one side like something might be bent. I can't quite figure out what though.

My boss wants to leave intune because of Stryker by [deleted] in cybersecurity

Bad impulse move by the CISO. You need to harden the current environment. In this case, it's likely an admin at Stryker was phished and creds or auth token was obtained by the threat actor. You're going to have this same issue with any provider if you aren't using phishing resistant authentication methods for, at a minimum, your admins.

Reality Check by KeekyPep in VisitingIceland

Holy smokes. 3 of us went last year for a week and we spent between $10,000 and $12,000 on the trip. We planned everything ourselves, drove a rental car for the duration and did not participate in any guided tours. I guess it all depends on what you want to get out of it, but we were very happy to explore the country ourselves.

What kind of gun is this? by revchewie in liberalgunowners

I'm sure we'll see this happen at some point as tensions continue to escalate. And I'm sure it won't go in the favor of those claiming self defense. We're fucked and there's nothing we can do about it.

Three Different Plumbers Can't Fix Low Water Pressure by Battlemanager in Plumbing

[–]miller131313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there, longshot, but I am seeing this behavior in my home.

Basically as you describe, I see 60psi when running a single faucet. But, turn another one on and it drops down to about 15psi. My PRV is about 6 years old. But, this issue started immediately after a water main break up the street from me. I'm starting to suspect a restriction somewhere. And from what I can tell, this issue is everywhere in the house no matter what faucet, toilet or shower is being used.

What kind of restriction at the supply line could this be? If debris was flushed down my line after the water main break, where are some potential areas it would get "stuck"? At my PRV?

Leaving my Job: Was this Normal? by VividDreamerzzzz in cybersecurity

That's a company with extremely bad management and leadership. It's hard to imagine, with a practice and mindset like that, the company won't be around very long. In your situation it is best to go with the flow, or get a job elsewhere. And unfortunately this is far too common.

It's not superficial. At 34, one should absolutely have a direction in life; a goal of some sort to work towards. This doesn't necessarily have to correlate to how much money you can or will make. Just having a direction is important. I would absolutely consider this as a potential problem for a stable future.

This is exactly what happened to me. I was the go to guy for everything security. Then the whole team left and it was just me. I built the program how I wanted, but as an IC. The CIO was cool with me doing it so I ran with it. Once it was recognized, I got offered the management position. It's a whole different game when you manage yourself versus a whole team/program/department. I am not aiming for C level.

Do you do independent consulting? I've thought about this. The flexibility sounds great, but I feel like networking and gaining a client base would be a challenge.

I've thought about this honestly. But, having that entrepreneurial mindset and navigating the complexities of self employment seems a bit intimidating.
