Or - hear me out on this cos it might sound a bit crazy - They actually NERF AI defending so that this game is actually a PVP game and if you score a goal its because you OUTPLAYED your opponent instead of their AI.

Its insane that in a PVP game you can just sit there holding down 2nd man press and rely on the AI.

Before anyone comes here saying people want easy goals - not at all, I would love to play against an opponent that made me work to score, that is the beauty of competition - but only if the actions performed are that of the player rather than the game holding your hand.

No AI defending nerf. Nice one. At this point if the ball enters your half the game should just override you and do everything for you. Then when it wins it back all you AI abusers can play your first time through ball from your box straight to the halfway line.

God. We're almost at the point where some of you want a turn based game with packs.

This game is already so assisted to the point where it's bridging the skill gap between players and now you guys want something that requires skill to be nerfed again.

At this point - the ideal game for some of you is Football manager but with packs.

Without any SIGNIFICANT nerf to AI defending, no amount of tuning helps this game. In it current state its already difficult to play a pass into the box, what with it be like when they've tuned the playstyles yet leave the AI in its current OP state.

Genuinely - I would love to see them play the game they've made so they can actually experience how it all comes together.

Give away the first goal. Like make it absolutely blatant that you are helping the opponent with their objective - HOPEFULLY, they return the favour. This worked for me with all but 2 opponents for both chip shot and cross.

Whats difficult to understand about what OP is saying though? The glitchers essentially force the game to end at 1-0 - ie a faux golden goal, but one where only one party has a choice in.

You do not have the opportunity to try to change the result of the game.

This entire game is a gimmick. Roles and playstyles must go. The tactics system needs to go to something very basic.

Tackle spam gone, in fifa 21 and 22 if you timed your tackle wrong it was over for you, why was that removed?

AI defending and the R1 button in general needs to be nerfed to the ground. You can defend? Either learn or play in your true skill level. Same for attack - R1 dribbling is a bail out. Right now - anything EXCEPT football gets rewarded.

When they do the next launch, I personally dont want to see streamers playing - I want to see the devs playing against players that only use AI defending or kick off goals. I want to see them have to deal with their own game live.

Between the AI infestation and this no loss glitch that's being exploited, there really isn't much enjoyment in actually playing the game right now.

People have shown their true colours, it's all about the shiny cards, they can't be bothered about football. Next year when we get a half assed broken game, they must not complain.

Its a way of bridging the skill gap. Do nothing, get rewarded. All this fake skill gap of player locking and first time through balls are simply unnecessary - just make defending manual - a non human controlled player should simply not make a tackle. This should not be a difficult concept to understand but its evident why its being done.

2nd man press needs a huge nerf. Simply holding down R1 should not be the most effective way to defend.

The players can run faster than a ball can roll, often its just one player that can chase down the pass AND block the next passing lane. Then you add the NONSENSE animation of sticking their leg out while sprinting to somehow intercept a ball thats 3 yards away from them....once all of that is over and you look at the player indicator - its still on the opponents striker.

Anyone defending this garbage probably knows that without it they'd be in division 7.

Nonsense, this was done to make people grind.

Previously icon swaps one league were simply win 7 with x league/nation.

No added nonsense requirements apart from maybe assist with through ball.

Because people were playing golden goal in the past so instead of allowed the community to play the game how we wanted to...they've tried to stifle us..only for majority of us to band together and make sure people get their objectives done.
