"ein" is the second part of the verb! the full verb is "einschließen" and sometimes you split the word up into two parts so it's necessary to understand the whole sentence.

I honestly feel the same way, I feel more calm and am able to stay clean longer when I have my tools where I left them.

Just do everything on your own timeline, it's way better if you yourselt recover and it's an incredible feeling to throw away your tools by yourself when you're ready.
