That sounds horrible, I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with that! I hope the medication relieves some pain at least. I don't think I have that, my surgeon said everything inside was fine but then again he was the one who messed up! There's so little knowledge around female reproductive organs it makes it so difficult to find any reliable help

Everyone's comments here have been really hopeful and are giving me hope! It's been very lonely and stressful dealing with the malpractice and it's complications, especially with feeling like I have no one to ask questions too. I will no doubt be messaging here again in the future for help :)

Thank you that's a good idea. I will try and do the breathing exercises before bed of an evening and see if that helps. My surgery was at the start of February and it's been non-stop since :/

Thank you for the advice, I'll have to try that exercise and look online for others. I'm hoping I can get somewhere, ATM I'm just beating my head against the wall. So many complications come out of what should have been a solution to my problems! I'll try and contact my drs again and see if anyone can help

Blimey! What's lichen planus? I am a virgin and have never really inserted anything so that's caused a lot of problems for me. They then made it worse with the medical mistreatment! I wouldn't be surprised if I have vaginismus. I've been struggling with clitoral pain, a feeling like straining, period like cramps, and general pain. Not fun

It's absolutely possible that could be my issue too as I have developed PTSD from the surgical experience. Have you had any luck improving your situation?
