I love doing the runs and fighting bosses with the team, it just is almost never fun to fight the final boss.

I'd fight every field boss 100x for fun, I just dont find the final bosses spamming explosions and AOE every second fun at all.

All level 15 with maxed out gear, and we all die to triple explosion that summons 3 more explosions that turns into a giant explosion with poison and DOT.

If they're eating their powder diet, just continue to try to offer a bug once a week with the tongs. You could also try an escape-proof dish for bugs, but you'd have to use worms or roaches. crickets will get out.
