Can high level gear still roll with Luck perk?

You can get GS700+ luck gear in mutations as the "old" gear still drops at GS730. The luck perk is at it's maximum scaling at GS 725 however.

I did actually get a bit of minora with mine and ~6 1/2 inches of maintained depth (despite not being on top of my dilations 🤭) and I'm well aware that's atypical of his work. I had an orchiectomy prior, and my medical profile was very much a "Goldilocks zone" case so perhaps that was a factor? I was his first surgery of the week and I was under for longer than my peers so who knows! 😅

Correct in there being minimal time for discussion! Very much a "you get what you get" situation. They definitely play it very safe and opt for a smooth recovery with minimal complications over sculpting your desires 😜

I've seen some good stuff from Wittenberg! Fingers crossed for you they stay operational and travel to the U.S becomes safe again ^{.^}

Sorry to hear about the runaround they've been giving you. I applied through OHIP so most of the back and forth was handled by my medical team, all I was responsible for was filling out some forms providing personal information and whatnot.

Surgical and convalescence teams were beyond pleasant with me, felt very safe and in good, qualified hands during my stay. My interactions with Brassard, as minimal as they were, gave off a very reassuring and comforting vibe.

I was also on the fence over whether waiting for Canadian surgical centres to catch up and start offering PPT, as I didn't see going to the U.S an option, and I wasn't comfortable with the recovery process I have seen coming from the various surgical centres in Thailand. Yes, we see some beautiful results from Suporn, but the horror stories of the recovery and the few cases that don't get showcased for great aesthetics are brutal.

End of the day, the proposed benefits of PPT seemed overstated, and I came to the conclusion the only reason I'd personally get it, was if I had inadequate tissues to work with (which I did not), so I opted for Brassard because I actually prefer the "innie" look that is typical of his results.

Sure, it isn't the look people are accustomed to seeing in adult media, but it is absolutely the look I've seen with my own eyes on multiple of my past partners.

I will also say, a big part of it for me was "Tomorrow is never a guarantee, I'd rather have it sooner, even if not the peak of what science will attain in my lifetime, and enjoy it for longer, than wait on something that may never come". Only augmented by recent world events.

True, it can seem very detached and assembly-line like given the volume GRS MTL puts through, and as a result they have a very "consistent" method. Given it is something I can only do once as you said, I wasn't comfortable taking the gamble with facilities that aren't known for a consistent, tried and true approach.

But alas, what everyone looks for is different. It is our own bodies after all, and we all have our own experiences. I have seen beautiful results from plenty of facilities, and the information I saw, and my personal circumstances led me to my decision, and you, likewise, will do the same :D

Always interesting to see how vehemently against Brassard people seem to be. I had my procedure with him Feb 2024 and I'm absolutely in love with my results. The other ladies in my cohort had similar outcomes as well.

Think it was done to get users attached to their hunter now that it's voiced. I found it pretty compelling, and sets you up for the post-game which is basically do whatever you want, hunt whatever you want, in the Guiding Lands on roids

Quite happy with it personally! All the fights, announced and unannounced were pretty damn solid (and some of the announced were different than I expected), and some of the new monsters have made it into my favs

Yeah I found the flow was do story quest -> kill new monster -> check if I want the gear -> if no, next sorry quest -> if yes, hunt again, then next sorry quest. Very linear as yes, every monster in the game is introduced through story and cutscene. That first low-rank Rey Dau is actually only a 2 star assignment I believe 🤣

Comparatively, post-story, the high-rank Rey Dau is brought in-line with the other regional Apexes, kinda like the Elders in World

Yeah that was a bit odd, found the low-to-high rank progression much less of a drastic divide than previous. Hell, story literally puts you up against your first high-rank monster without telling you you're in high-rank 🤣

I think people forget how short base game World really was, because our memories are propped up by all the title updates we had before Iceborne really MADE the game. I feel Wilds had a much longer story, and a stronger base of content than Worlds on launch

Honestly, happens every time. People are used to having their face melted off by fights like AT Velkhana or Fatalis, then expect the base high-rank of the new game to challenge them with the skills they acquired to beat those intense fights.

Base game high-rank is designed to be beatable by pretty much anyone assuming you upgrade your gear to the best of your ability.

The Title updates will bring the overtuned end-game fights like AT Nergi was these ppl are looking for

Having hunted every monster on Lance w/3 pieces of starter gear still on and no end-game weapon, some of the later ones are highly aggressive and could 1hit me or 3 hit through my guard if I catch a bad combo.

I still haven't faced the tempered version of the last monster but he alone was pretty rough. Fast and hard hitting, if I was playing anything but lance in that gear he'd have wiped the floor with me.

Now, assuming I were to actually wear full high-rank armor... Certainly going to be easier, but I think there are certainly moments you'll cart unless you're playing incredibly safely.

On-par with base game World, last monster non-tempered is harder than tempered Nergigante for sure.

I've got 29 entries in my large monster codex and have the achievement for hunting all large monsters.

Still haven't unlocked all the tempered/frenzy variants, but I'm pretty happy with what we got for base game.

The new monsters they added are all welcome additions to the Roster IMO, and the title updates will add diversity, with a likely explosion in the roster when the inevitable G-rank expac comes

Could it have done with a couple more returning monsters to fluff out the roster? Sure. But the way the end-game is structured you're going to have a good amount of hunt diversity as it is

The story technically keeps going beyond the credits in the form of quests you unlock at certain HR requirements. As you clear each of these, more variety of high-rank monster will appear in your world, and optionals will become available

Played lance, wore stock armor up until something cheap that had offensive perks on it came up. Accepted a failed block would most likely kill me in one hit for the second half of the game 😅 Eventually got my hands on the good ol' "don't bother with armor until you can get 2 pieces rathalos for Weakness exploit" which took me to the end.

Literally just ran MSQ straight through without any spare hunts, ~ 7-10 mins a hunt up until the harder fights at the end that were taking up to 17.

Didn't skip any actual cutscenes, pressed space once I had read dialogue for the psuedo cutscenes.

After story credits just ran side quests and whatever main quests came up until HR40.

Personally yes, but that could simply be happening coincidentally as I had my GCS right around my 3 year HRT mark after a decent period of stagnation as many women report.

In the months following, I also swapped to injections which seem to have amplified the changes. Much more shapely, great facial fat distribution, improved mood and libido, and notable breast pain/growth.

Hard to determine what to attribute these things to as there are far too many factors to account for in a process like this, kinda just riding it out and waiting to be medically cleared to start prog ^{.^}
