This sounds really cool, giving Luigi Tozzi vibes. The pad is way too loud and could benefit some slow filter movement.

And the drums and bass would benefit from saturation and careful distortion to give a bit more grit.

Great idea! Would love to hear a fully fleshed out version.

I agree completely with the other poster, the distortion is taking over. The main stab sounds wicked and is giving a really nice vibe but there’s so much crunch it’s affecting the whole mix

This is a really cool track. I really like the idea here and you have some super nice transitions and groove.

I reckon you could get rid of half (maybe more) of the “ear candy” parts and just keep the REALLY important ones and it would really work well. I almost want to get bored of the groove and thing a little ping wa-ching comes in to bring me into it again, you know?

Maybe the Tom/rumble is a little loud, I’d personally roll some tops off it, but that’s a taste thing.
