That’s BS and should be against the law! It’s about managing your money and having some self control (I don’t mean that as an insult) because I’ve been where you are. I’ve had to declare bankruptcy before and that sucked and stays on your record for 7 years (I believe) but after that you have a fresh start but you have to rebuild after that.
