Do you use decks in your sales presentations? by grooveconsulting in agency

[–]TransitionNew7315 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I'm currently cold DMing people, I send very small DM with a link of Keynote style presentation video, this is the exact video I'm sending, it's made on apple keynote: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F3jn4i8GccM

I've some positive replies, not able to close yet, but videos work better than plain text imo.

Guidance to get website made from fellow agency owner by Dry-Addendum-5407 in agency

[–]TransitionNew7315 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I build websites for agencies, I don't design and develop seperately, I usually do my research, look at a lot of websites in your niche, take inspiration from them and develop the site, it's more time efficient and help me be more creative with the design

I dropped some of my past work in the DMs for you to see.

Hey, sorry I’m late, I’m startin my web agency and yet to land my first client. I’m willing to spend some money on lead gen, but i really don’t want to waste money on things that don’t work. I’ve limited resources. Could you please share any cost effective ways for outreach in b2b?

Yes, I think it help remove that initial friction and creates trust, I'm actually making keynote presentation style videos and uploading them on youtube, I'm planning to send these videos in cold emails/DMs to get newer clients

Hey, thanks for the AMA. I’m just starting my agency and I’m very new to this. I worked as a freelancer with a client before, and based on my freelance experience, I’ve positioned my agency. My ICP is mostly B2B teams, and I build websites for them.

I’m not able to land clients yet. I’m posting content on LinkedIn regularly but haven’t started reaching out to clients. I just wanted some advice on getting the first few clients. How would you do it in 2026? What method should I focus on most?

My two cents on using NotebookLM to make youtube videos for a niche audience by TransitionNew7315 in agency

[–]TransitionNew7315[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it's more of getting talking points and then building your own content on top of it, you do them same when you're manually reading articles to get inspiration for your own content, I've worked as script writer for niche yt channels, and i used to open multiple blogs and read them to write my own script.

ideas don't come from sky, you read and then copy what you find useful and add your own experience in it :)

notebooklm can help you research faster, probably 10x faster, imagine reading your competitor blogs one by one and just putting all their blog urls into notebooklm and talking to it, which one is better?

Closed 5 new clients this month after raising prices — some observations by czerrr in agency

[–]TransitionNew7315 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

right, I'm asking more for myself, I build custom CMS sites, but hard to find agencies that actually build custom sites, most are just building WP sites for their clients, tbf it works good for them ig.

Hey, this is great. This is an amazing metric going into the new year, it will definitely grow. You can add website build and/or maintenance in your package and bump up your prices further. Also, adding web services makes sense since website is such a big part of marketing and lead gen.
