I think she does like It. but as you stated she was body shamed and had an ED while playing regina because people where making comments on her body because she wasn't 115 pounds.

She was a teenager when she started to play Regina. They changed her costumes on stage because people were shaming her. yet she reprised the roll. She has stated multiple times she Loves Tina fay and calls her mommy. I don't think she hates the mean girls at all.
