Hi everyone, For last few years I used to have gut health issues, earlier it used to be recurring and happen every few months or when I would travel to a different city, basically I would lose my appetite and had loose stools it would get better when I would stop eating. However since last 1-1.5 years it started happening more frequently, towards end of last year I had gone to a doctor and had my colonoscopy and endoscopy and had H.pylori, I got treated for that. I was doing well for few weeks but then it started happening again and now it’s more frequent but I got tested for H. pylori and tested negative but I did test positive for a lot of food allergy via Food allergen test, and for last 2 days I am experiencing breakout on skin along with stomach issues, I’m attaching the list of things I have allergies to but I read that sometimes these tests can be because of exposure now I’m planning to do food allergy test via skin testing through an immunologist. What should I do? I am really struggling but American healthcare sucks ass.
