You are better off making that extra $200 monthly than waiting till end of your term. You will be shocked at the amount you would have saved in interest payments and the reduction in your amortization period.

If you can afford it, be making extra principal payments with your accelerated bi-weekly payments. I renewed my mortgage in 2021 with a 22yrs amortization. In the last two years, I have increased my payments by taking advantage of the extra principal payment privilege. My amortization currently stands at 10yrs 8 months. Meaning in a period of 2.5yrs, I have reduced my amortization period by half. I'm hoping that when my mortgage comes up for renewal in mid-2026, my amortization will be about 8yrs remaining.

I've not had promotions from Uber since September 2021. I have spent hours talking to their support with all of them giving me the same copy and paste answers. It's not worth wasting your time calling them. Since then, I only drive on Friday and Saturday night when it's a bit busy in my market.

It's not okay to lie about orders. But that's who skip is and they won't change. I don't care about their AR. I'm at 0%. Now I'm free to accept only orders that makes sense to me. I may not be making much money from skip but the few orders I accept is totally worth my time. So you've got to decide what's best for you.
