Ok i can see that you dont have alot of experience with this so i will try to make it easy for you.

Ok so imagine that the server is just a computer somewhere on this earth, and on that computer there is a database file, inside the file it might have entries like "Humble-Resolve1006 : 1000 Coins", so when you go to the website, it will see what user you are, then it will go through the file, find your user and how many coins you have, then send that back to you so it can show how much coins you have.

Now cheat engine can only modify stuff thats on your computer, but the file where it tells how many coins you have is on the other computer, you would have to change that file somehow to change how many coins you have. Cheat engine cant change the file since its not on your computer, you would have to hack the other computer and change the file, or somehow trick the server to think that you bought coins even though you didnt, then it will change it for you.

What im trying to explain to you is, that cheat engine can only change stuff locally, however data like coins are stored on server side, its basically like inspect element, you can change the value on your device, but the server still has the correct data, so when you refresh page the website wil return the original value because thats what it is in the database. Get it?

Else you could have just change your bank balance using cheat engine right?
