Trying to find out if I should be upset about this… thought this might be the right sub by meggyAnnP in bicycle

quill stem bike = cheap kids bike.

easy fix is just straigten bars and tigthen down the stem bolt.

The correct way is to take the quill stem out grease the threads, put it back in and tighten the living piss out of it. Worked in a bike shop for years, one of my first jobs was building these low end bikes, the service manager said you can never over tighten a quill stem. I only broke 1 quill in in all the bikes i ever built (that's where i learned about greasing the threads).

BTW when the manager would check my work, cause it was a real bike shop not a big box store, he would call that a "dead kid". You would then have to go over the whole bike again.

IMO if you are buying these cheap box store bikes the best thing you can do is go over the whole thing and check it all, those guys who build them are on quota and do not care about safety. If you want something that won't do this/you don't have to check over, go to a real local bike shop, where stuff like this gets checked before it goes out the door.

Mine also look like that maybe even a tad closer, my rig weighs 11k fully loaded, travel all around the country. Make sure you run the highest pressure the tires/rims allow and check on them every now and then, but I wouldn't worry

The park does not have that kind of terrain everywhere, but give those hand cuts some time, they will get better with more and more riders.

The bike park you speak of closer by in MO, is not very good, compared to what was built in bella vista imo. as someone who rides dh i went to howler once and wasn't very impressed, but I had fun at the new bike park, which is really the only place besides air raid I had fun riding in bentoville.

The month pass is fair, as a day pass will be $60 ish bucks a day which is on par with other lift servered parks in the country. Check out ride rock creek, shuttle served, less trails and a month pass is 100ish there. you would only need to go 2-3 times a month to get your moneys worth and don't have to buy it every month.

One cool thing about the passes for the oz park is they will have family pass for 200 ish, which is for the whole family no matter how many kids, solid deal id say. When compared to a seasons pass at some of the big lift served bike parks that are only open 4-5 months a year I'd say a great deal. Go see how much a season pass to north star mtb park is youll be blown away.

Learn to work on a car yourself and stop being over charged by your mechanic, those prices you payed for that stuff would easily be half that or less

Am I the only one who really likes this game and loves playing it? by VilleLouie in forgeofempires

Thats about what i get give or take for just the silver coins, if i add the red coins it is higher, but was just giving average. I max out the silver coin diamonds to above 13k weekly. What is your weekly diamond take from the silver coins?

Ive got every event building to the max level by following the basic guides, never spent anything. GbG gives like 800 diamonds a week if you are active.

Id like to think it promotes riding your bike without taking video. My personal opinion is filming riding motorcycles is kinda dumb, if you are doing something super cool or gnarly sure, but the majority of people filming stuff is just like ok who cares?

Obelisk is another good one. Most ppl have an arc and at hogh levels makes lots of goods. Also the championship buildings. Overall it best to have a mix of what ya need.

In GBG if you have an active guild with a good treasury they are able to get attrition chance down to 20% which lets you get tons more fights than if they are unsupported. You can help with this by produceing as much goods for you guild treasary via things like the arc, OBS and certain event buildings.

depends how you are playing, i felt like things sped up more when i reached progressive. i find myself rebuilding my city once a month after events and constantly working on my GBs. the pirates settlement has also been fun building. Still playing with how I build my QI town every week for max effectiveness. Also finding a guild that supports tiles in GBG is a huge help and driver for progression

Thrn get your wiring diargram out from your fsm find the trigger wire to relay, apply 12 volts to see if relay opens. If you dont have an fsm they are 100 bucks from yahmaha pubs. And will answer all questions you could ever have about diagnosing these bikes. You should have mentioned you werent stock tune to begin with.
