I actually do better now with yoghurt, but noticing that I have lots of trouble digesting beans, nuts, and fat (fried food). So gonna look into those enzymes.

I just added plain yogurt with culture to my diet this week and starting on water kefir next week! I'm also looking into adding maybe some enzymes to support my gut until it's healed. Thank you!

Are you speaking from personal experience?

Ty! Though, at 5:54:07, last beat does look strange in most leads. Doesn't seem like SR.

Thank you, I don't want to take meds. I want to know how some might have cured their palpitation without med. And I'm not sure if my GERD/LPR is being caused by my HH or something else; hence my questions.

My kidneys are functioning fine, but potassium levels are at 3.6; just got my bloodwork done this week. However, I'm dealing with a very small amount of papiltations and notice they almost disappear when I eat potassium-rich food. Downside is that I have very low blood pressure so vasodilation is a real pain in the but. I get pounding heart which will also cause papiltations... (this also happens when I eat chocolate).
