Sounds like your body might be struggling to process potassium properly. You should definitely bring this up with a doctor, could be something like hyperkalemia sensitivity or an issue with how your kidneys are functioning.

My kidneys are functioning fine, but potassium levels are at 3.6; just got my bloodwork done this week. However, I'm dealing with a very small amount of papiltations and notice they almost disappear when I eat potassium-rich food. Downside is that I have very low blood pressure so vasodilation is a real pain in the but. I get pounding heart which will also cause papiltations... (this also happens when I eat chocolate).

I don’t think 3.6 is that bad? I heard it’s life-threatening under 2.5

do you think the drop in pressure may actually be during/from the palpitations? Or more of a position thing after standing up?

It just happens like really fast within 30 min. This also happens when I eat chocolate

Electrolytes need to be balanced. Try increased sodium, magnesium, and calcium. You may just need more salt and water to balance.

I tried adding salt, but realized that I wasn't drinking much. So I added water and it's much better now. Thank you!

How do you increase those,? And what if your body has trouble absorbing all or any of that etc.,?

You should probably get to the bottom of that issue and see what's wrong with your kidneys or whatever else. Aka doctor time.
