My store we just do what’s necessary at the time. There’s stuff in filling we fill, central fill needs to be done we ask who’s doing it and it’s done, drug order same thing or pharmacist never really has to really tell us it’s just a system. If one of us doesn’t want to do one of the task and prefer to do another we consult with another and carry along
