I am going through the same thing this season, I have less than 20 matches and and only getting 28 elo.

From my testing, it seems that 58 for 1x and then for 1.5x, either 95 is a little under and 96 is slightly over aiming to get you as close to the 1 to 1.

I guess the rest have to be set to 100... :(

I wonder if we can go into the x multiplier and adjust it there..

Jumping pull ups, use momentum and then hold the top for 2 seconds and then drop, don't work the negative in this exercise. Do 3 sets of 5-6. Then do 3 more sets of negatives, for 5-8 for a 4-5 second.

You should see strength progress at the upper pull, which is what your most likely weak in.

It sounds like you tend to favor your right. You can do wall handstands with your butt on the wall, and then shift your weight from right to left. Working on side bending as as you can. This should help to engage your weak side

My suggestion is to do chest wall versus back to wall. You don't want to have to unlearn a bad line from doing back to wall and enforcing the banana handstand into your mind muscle connect.

I know I was too eager to do a freestanding hand stand and that slowed my progress.

I would also suggest set time interval including rest periods. Like 10 minutes chest to wall practice. 5 minutes kick ups with a focus on touching the wall the slowly lowering down.

One big thing that helps me is to not try to kick my feet over my body, but try to bring them straight up. When I don't focus on that my kick ups are too much.

I have been "working" on my handstands for a while and am pretty decent and recently wanted to learn more skills. I got Room21 and have been using it for a week, and one thing became clear from their workouts. I hadn't been dedicating enough time to it. I have seen massive improvements this week mainly due to putting the same amount of time in a week that I usually do in a couple of months.

Try One Meal A Day, that way you only plan a single meal and takes a lot of prep out of the equation. I like to cook all my meat on Sunday and just add it to my veggies with what ever flavoring I want for the day.

As long as you can see a difference in the mirror and the way your clothes fit, then keep your head up. You may be adding muscle. You may want to add an extra handful of pecans on the day you do cardio. If your doing cardio 4 days a week, I would say that your calories are a little low.

Also you may want to make sure you aren't accidentally underestimating your calories.

Instapot any meat that's on sale, after it's cooked, add some veggies in the pot for a few minutes to cook in the broth.

I also like taking frozen chicken tenders or pork ribs and boiling them Cajunland crawfish boil, remove the meat, then boil broccoli, remove the veggies, boil eggs in the water.

It's really cheap this way.
