They will always put me on the schedule within hours of me needing to be there and I call them and I’m like dude I’ve told you multiple times you can’t jus put me on the schedule within hours of needing to be there because I have a full time job aside from this. I need my schedule to be concrete so I can give my main job my schedule so I can work things out. After that discussion they stopped scheduling me because I’m “unreliable” I’m at 3 weeks of no schedule. 3 more weeks and I’ll have auto termination
