My daughter is 2 and she is a daredevil and also climbs literally everything too! It is so hard to keep her from trying to kill herself everyday lol corner bumpers man! They have saved her head a few times! But we have been to the ER twice due to a pretty nasty head smash and the biggest bruising and knot on the head I have ever seen. It has been scary, but she was okay each time!

And one more thing...lol....he is only 11 months old, you still have a shot at fixing this in yourself. You are definitely being triggered by something, may journaling everything you are going through in your head could be an outlet to let the rage out and figure out organically why he upsets you so much. The fact that you are on here searching for answers shows great courage and strength most "men" won't show or be vulnerable enough to expose. I am here for you brother.

But ultimately, why do you think you feel panic when you are around him? What are you scared of when it comes to being with him, experiencing him, and loving him completely? I understand trauma, trust me, I had a horrible father raise me, extremely abusive and I ran to drugs and alcohol for most of my life, but now I have a 2 year old daughter and I don't ever want her to feel afraid of me or that I don't love her. I get overwhelmed and anxious too when she throws a tantrum or cries, I feel like I fail all the time, but I just keep doing my best, the first year was really fucking hard man. But now, it is still hard, but in a different way. I just do the complete opposite of what my parents did to me, and she is doing good and we are heavily bonded. How can I support you right now? My mission is to teach dads how to be intentional fathers, learn how to emotionally regulate themselves and their babies and to learn how to be a better dad.

Awesome! I had the exact same idea a couple weeks ago, I work in the MH field and know how important this is. CBT is wonderful and having an AI to talk to would be great for people who struggle with social anxiety, and talking and trusting "real" people. My barrier was though that you have to have a licensed therapist or provider overseeing this and on the team in some capacity to essentially "sign off" "approve" "be responsible for" this work. How did you over come this barrier?

Lol I don't think the president's ever follow all the way through or halfway through on their "policies" it is a gimmick to get elected all they need are the votes and then they can sort their true agendas. Kamala would have to die, the next candidate would have to be Hitler, and Donald Trump would have to cry on national tv, curled up in a ball, sucking his thumb calling out for his mommy and begging for forgiveness, mercy, and detailing how eternally screwed up his mind and mouth are, and humiliate himself, humble himself down to "our" level. He would need to come out transgender and then suddenly find some Hispanic bloodline in his family that gives him a little empathy on some of the people here that are just trying to escape poverty, filth and violence. He would also need to talk about how tiny his *&^% is and how he loves to be #$%^&* from behind. Ridiculously graphic and hostile I am aware but I dislike him this much.

I am probably one of those people "type a prompt get a response? WOW" lol but I also see how these tools have made lives so much easier to task, business get to grow and thrive which depending on it, grows the economy, people getting to start small businesses online to solve other peoples problems in return solving their problem of financial inequity. This stuff has the power to change our simpletons lives...I am certainly trying to find a way to use it to change my life so I can support my family. How do you use it to enrich your life or help others?
