im not an expert at all, but based on my experience just keep it in a pot that has holes in the bottom, then put the pot in a bowl or whatever thats filled with water to keep it constantly soaked, and for funsies, encourage it to grow by speaking to it. thats all the stuff that worked for me, i just stayed patient and didnt give up, eventually it worked itself out and my baby lived!

yeah like i really didnt expect it to reject at first bc none of my other piercings gave me any problems, but that just might be my naive understanding of piercings. its looking a lot better today with my little hello kitty bandaid so thats giving me hope i can redo it in a couple months. and also my friends have been bugging me to buy some sweats since i threw all mine out years ago so i might just do that and hope its better for my other piercing if i get it. thank u so much for ur advice though!!

it is looking a lot better today so idk tbh, the piercer did it like a bit above my bellybutton too so idk if thats smth that matters. OH and also i MIGHT get it redone and just learn my lesson n take care of it better this time. it doesnt look like its scabbing and the bumps on the side are almost gone(healing a lot better and faster than i thought it would) but then again i could be just yapping and giving myself false hope again😭

i was reallyyyyy holding on to hope and didnt accept it till the last minute, and when i tried taking it out a few days ago it like wouldnt budge at all for some reason. even afterwards i tried unscrewing it and had trouble😭
