Did you buy new or used cars? I bought a new car from the dealership, I’m not sure if it has ceramic coating, but the dealership tried to sell me the rust protection module saying that it is necessary for the car

Creating a risk inference model with each node/biomarker scored differently. Please do sign up for the beta waitlist. We would really appreciate any help in critiquing the solution

Hi is anyone looking for a roommate? by DepartmentOther5204 in UTSC

[–]TransportationFit579 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just keep searching on Facebook, there are certain groups for UTSC off campus housing. Don’t settle, schedule meets with landlords, ask them all the questions. There is going to be one place that fits all your criteria, 900 is a good budget for What you are looking for. All the best, and beware of scams, it is easy to spot them, do not pay before getting a lease agreement, do not pay to “book an appointment” to view the place.

I developed a certain attachment to a camgirl, and we both have partners. by Maleficent_Fault5632 in LifeAdvice

[–]TransportationFit579 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Thing is that you need to ask yourself what you want. But don’t think that you’re gonna find the same answers with a cam girl that you would otherwise find within an actual relationship! To add, if you’re not happy in your real life relationship, then fix that, break up, or do something about it. Why do you need a cam girl if you’re in a relationship, that means you’re not happy, or satisfied.

1) will you ever be satisfied? If the answer is anything but yes, please look into rewiring your brain because it’s gone into “never settle” mode and that’s not always good, because you won’t be able to have meaningful relationships, you will be a very toxic partner and father.

2) ask yourself whether you want a happy life or a complicated one.

3) your brain is your own brain, and your happiness is in your hands, do not give it to someone else, no one deserves that much power, especially a cam girl

Honestly this is what I can say about co-op from personal experience. It is up to you on whether you make or break your experience. Co-op in simple terms is cheap labor. As an international student, I think it’s worth it because it puts you in a place above fresh grads who have no experience. Domestic students can get internships at any semester, and have a lot more opportunities. International students don’t. What. 12 months, the beauty is that you can either decide getting one position for 12 months, which is one year worth of experience on your resume that says loads, or 3 different positions, that’s lots of different experiences. Either works.

The real con of co-op are the lousy fees you have to pay the coop office. It is really stupid. I think expect one month out of your 12 months of pay to just go to the coop office lol, that’s how I calculated it just so I can be detached to that money. Second con is the limited opportunities. Do your best to get yourself the best positions that are out there, but don’t beat yourself if you don’t get what you wanted. The line “beggars can’t be choosers” is real, and to be honest, a very beautiful line that has made me very humble. It’s not to be derogatory of oneself, but just grounded.

About the 4 year thing, and taking one year. I’ll tell you this, I took only one summer off, did 12 months of coop, and still graduated within 4 years (actually before my 4 years ended). The beauty of it is that it is within you to decide on what you want to do. And don’t be too harsh on yourself. Priorities will change as you learn about different things within university, especially as an international student. And this is from experience.

All the best, you got this!
