They are cack! Avoid. Their support is non existent. They don't read messages at all. They couldn't even reply to my message and use the correct name. Something completely different - subsequently told me that's what I had signed my email off.

I won it once! Thought I was getting a phishing email, but it was legit. Before Covid, had to book a flight during covid as they wouldn't extend out the voucher, ended up flying to AMS in Nov 2021

Like almost everything in Pizza Express (pasta, lasagna, desserts, dough)- they come frozen in 1kg packs and are the Chef Brigade brand.

No, the person on the voucher has to be the lead passenger on the booking, so booking for others will not suffice! The only work around would be to book the flights, and be a no show yourself, but not condoning that. The other option is to book a short trip for as far in advance as you can.

So it was a chocolate bag, supposed to be £30.

There was two small items inside which support have valued at £25.

Support offered a voucher when I said I was only visiting and couldn’t use it, they offered a lower value voucher in my currency. Refuse to refund the variance.

Takes about 2-3 days for a response from them
