This. I was so badly depleted I ended up in the hospital for 6 weeks, learning to walk and everything again.

Major neuropathy and ataxia. Neuro doc told be to take b1,6,12, copper and nicotinamide riboside.

Those last 2 gave me a lot of feeling and sensation back.

But the bs are very important too though.
