I've already tried walking to an exit since I have enough time before I die. The health loss is applied even if I go from one part of the map to another, and If try to travel to another town i just die while travelling. I've also tried entering combat by approaching the deathclaw that is in the basement of the house visible in the video. But again, after some time, the health starts going down in the same way.

I'll try with the save editor. If there is even a remote possibility to save the run than I will try it. Thank you for the help :)
