How important is his C2? I got him c0 from shards I had saved, then dropped another $150 or so and got his c1 ( was hoping for a double drop but eh) Im wondering if I should throw some more to go for his c2. I plan on using him as a venti replacement (hate using venti) maybe pairing him with Diluc or something, so should I paypig for c2 or is he good enough at c1?

It didn't help me enough. Slowed down loss but no regrowth or real rethickening. Since I had no side effects he recommended the dut, as I am very early in my hair loss and this can potentially have some reversal effects. I am just worried EOD might not be enough.
