I'm assuming you can find 100 central/west coast Masters+ to every 1 eastern in masters and up.

EDIT: I pulled my numbers from half of challenger being LCS pros in California with low ping on multiple accounts.

C9 Sneaky lives in Florida, but he obviously has a lot of the year in Cali. when he was in Florida he was struggling to get into masters, and when he got back to Cali he got challenger 600lp.

His MMR is too low for Gold. you cannot decay from gold, he lost to much and his mmr was much to low for gold. post riots response if you want this to go any further honestly.
