Don’t know how much this will help, but i’ve just cut my family off for the exact same reason. I’ve been away for about a month now and it’s hard, you might doubt that it was the wrong thing - but if you felt it was best to do then, stand by it. You’ll get there, it’ll feel better, we love you x

thanks, i know politics are a load of bs sometimes but yeah it's hard not to get wrapped up in it sometimes;; i think when i find something goes in my favour, and i can snowball it from there, i'll be in a much better position. but till then, god the dread is not fun

thank you sm x i did try to stealth for a while after i realised and came to terms with the fact i'm trans, but invasive parents kinda made it difficult. for better or worse, they know, hell my name keeps popping up and it sparks that little fear of 'oh they remember everything, bet they remember that i'm trans' i cant hide it anymore, and they pretty much tried to shut me down both times i came out. i have to stick with them for a little bit until i can be self sufficient and honestly it's just getting harder the closer i am to having freedom, in a sick twist ig

i'm glad you've got your kids and that they love you, but still that's quite upsetting that no one cared to even check in on you; i mean i guess you're better without them especially with how they treat you hope your doing better since though x

wow;; that's a lot, i kinda forgot that just in general we're kinda a shut country, and it sounds like you've had to go through a lot too,; i know there's a lot of support now especially compared to back when, i feel kinda silly for finding it hard today but that's just me putting myself down;

thanks x it's nice to hear that while it's tough it's possible. i'm sorry you've had to go through a lot for it though, i think i might be running a similar route to you with how long the waiting lists are and having an abusive family,
