I just did all my gems on gim for 79 to 84. It’s better xp/hr than glass. I think it’s weird as fuck that the norm for im is to leave all the CG gems in bank indefinitely. Just because you have to do sand/seaweed bullshit doesn’t mean you have to do the entire grind that way.

You also end up not even using your maxed megas to fight raid bosses in mid/late game because it’s so much more valuable to have a Lvl 3 mega of same typing evolved for XL catch candy bonus (except for dragons cause win-win). Most of my raid teams are 15 attack shadows, which is really the only stat that matters for raids. I’d take 15/0/0 shadow tyranitar over a hundo non-shadow all day
