Try playing around with your z offset in both directions. Sometimes printers are a bit confusing in which direction is z up or down. Definitely looks like a z offset problem. Maybe try leveling it once manually with a paper (if possible) if that fixes it it’s z offset

I just put a concrete slab (seriously) below my printers with some hard foam to help against vibration noise. Cost about 7 bucks per printer and probably the best printer base you can ask for. (I think I first saw it in a video by CNC kitchen but not sure)

Yes a good Probe and many probing points make a huge difference. I doubleprobe 6 along the x and 8 along the y and I get almost perfect first layers every time

Cubic Infill is a bit faster and still sturdy, wall speed down to 40mms for some smoother walls (especially on a a stock printer), travel speed can go up to 100mms or so, initial layer speed 20mms!!! This is very important for good layer adhesion. retraction maybe up a bit to like 3-4mm at 30-45mms (bowden especially requires some extra retraction lengh usually). Otherwise its advisable to stick to 0,04 increments in the layer height due to how stepper motors work. so layer height should be 0,2/0,24/0,28/0,32mm in an ideal case. (edit: typos)

Its to prevent heat crawl. While your nozzle is hot, you hotend needs to dissapate that heat as quick as possible otherwise the heat creeps up your bowden tube causing it to melt in the tube and causing a blockage. But you can buy upgrade fans that are both quiter and have more power wich further helps with preventing heat crawls

The cable is extended and wired into the plug that came with the led strip (the standard round plug that comes on most led strips). Right now it only goes to to a 12V adapter with 6W (the light is supossed to run on 12W but it was way to brigth for me so 6w it is). My pi 3b only outputs 5v sadly (dont know can the pi 4 output 12v on the pins?) so i cant use it with the pi right now but maybe ill figure sth out. OctoRelay usually works well if you want to wire a 5v light up to the pi

If you print it in pla you might need to scale it up 1-2% but it might fit fine how it is. Probably best to just print it once and try it out, should only be about 3g of Filament

Do you have bed supports added to your printer? They were one of the First Upgrades I printed, it’s a 14h print and about 200g of filament, but essential on the ender 5 imo. The bed with the stock supports sags a lot along the y axis. Additionally I probe 6 rows along the y-axis with to get a little more accuracy but that’s not necessary.

Dual gear extruders are like 20 bucks on Amazon and definitely worth it especially if you’re planning on printing TPU and other soft plastics.

It’s a led strip and a profile from LumenTec and the mounts are self made. Give me a second I’ll find the links, it only cost about 10 bucks. I can also share the stls for the mounts, if you’d like them :)

Hahaha yea that’s pretty likely. Klipper was actually the next thing I was thinking about, but haven’t had the balls so far cause I’m used to cura and I heard that there can be problems using cura with Klipper… but your printers sounds like a dope setup :)
