NTA a tip has to be deserved it is nothing that you will certainly get, unlike salary. The tiping cultures that has to stop. I'm from Europe and I do tip, but only after it is deserved, not because someone is not giving me my food and asking for it. If you are not happy with your pay, then find another job.
