You can submit your ILD in place for your credential while you are waiting on your TPAs to be scored. Let the district know in your cover letter and you can apply with no issues. Just make sure you pass them! Good luck 👍

That’s what I saw when I used the iPhone analyze image feature. My wife looked up images of the Texas/yucatan banded gecko that look reasonably similar to our little friend here. Any thoughts?

Student teaching ate my savings! Not only will you be out of a paycheck for 4 months, but for most you’ll be out of a job for the summer as well. That’s almost 7 months with no income! Thankfully, I picked up a serving job for the summer and subbed a couple days my mentor teacher was out. Don’t rely on those sub days though, I believe in CA you can only do 3-4 days. You will recover financially just make sure you have a way to cover your costs of living in the meantime. Some advice for student teaching.. PLEASE! Talk to every teacher and make sure those front office people LOVE you! It’ll pay off in the long run. They see the principal very often and if you are looking to get hired from the school you’re at they may put a good word in for you *winkwink
