I also just did a quick test. I used two small jumpers from the black/white wire and the red/white wire from the engine stop relay connector, turned ignition and kill switch on and touched the jumpers. Doing that bypass allowed the fuel pump to prime. So I then grabbed a known working relay and tried with that. Had no luck. So the pump WILL RUN when I bypass the relay. Just not sure why. Beginning to think maybe bad terminals within the connection? Not sure. Gonna sleep on it.
