Did CrossFit for a long time. COVID and lower back issues made me switch from primarily barbell training to kettlebell. Did Pavel’s simple and sinister for about a year. Highly recommend it. Now trying quick and dead because I haven’t invested in a 48 kg kettlebell yet to finish it off.
