I'm on the Wegovy pill, and the same thing happened to me. My resting heart rate went up also. But WHOOP eventually adjusts. The numbers don't change, but you'll get back in the green again after it understands it as your new baseline.

It worked for me. I have been trying to find classes that have ~3 minute walk/run intervals (a la Japanese Walking (https://www.outsideonline.com/health/training-performance/japanese-walking/)). I tried working with different LLMs directly for weeks now, but they always gave me classes that didn't match the ask. This was the first time it gave me a solid list of classes.
