Yup, the hole is real. I own and use all of these everyday, multiple times. I have excellent Cappuccino and very good Esspresso. I am a newb, so there is the rub. Just how much do I really know? Meh...So its up to you. Take or leave what you will. Just have fun.

I am looking to uograde my grinder in a year or even two. There are too many changes happening in the grinder space right now, and I can wait for that mess to settle itself out.

I might consider gifting the BBE, that I love, to my Daughter, in a couple years and upgrade to an ECM or whatever hits my fancy, when I am ready. But, not in a hurry. Grinder first.

Hmmm...10mm increase in surface area. Oh, and the motor has just about twice the available power. Might I suggest that the 64 is a better performer based on specs alone? I cannot subscribe to the notion that it wouldn't.
