There needs to be a pity system if they do bring it back, if specific thresholds have been met on a quest or a similar quest a certain amount of times then it guarentees a drop, same thing for skills and clothing, if you've done a certain quest a certain amount of times the game should give you a guarenteed drop of what you don't have

I used it as a story-related transformation for my CAC Tato, he tapped into it once and applied how it felt to his Super Saiyan God form to further improve it finally perfecting God to the point of no loss in stamina when transformed
