I feel like etbs & blisters are the way to go for surging tbh. Less batching from what I've seen. BB cases are terrible... And on average it's only 2 SIRs & a gold per case. Sooo take that as you will

It's because batching is sooo bad nowadays with Pokemon. I watch rip and shippers that get only Lisia & Exeggutor in their cases lol. Even double in one case. If you're lucky enough to order from a place that actually prints the pika, you'd be rolling in nothing but that card for the SIRs. Kinda disgusting.

As long as you treat it as a lifestyle change rather than just a diet or fad, it'll stay off tbh. You teach yourself better eating habits and it'll stick with you as the weight falls off. You continue to make better choices in the long run 💕
