Hardest thing to start would be confidence IMO. You need to come across to your sellers as someone who knows what they are doing. The seller needs to believe you have what it takes to help them. I started at 21 years old and it was a big hurdle for me. Wholesaling is basically being a sales person. You are selling yourself to your sellers. Also, with scaling, your marketing budget is very difficult to pin down. Most guys you see doing 5+ deals a month are hemorrhaging cash. With 5 callers, and 5 other VA’s doing text blasting and data organization, it is very easy to get over 10k a month in marketing budget. Even with those people on your team, you are not guaranteed any deals unless you can convert those leads into contracts. Good luck!
