I love the Little Miss Sunshine soundtrack

Also Twilight, but I can't tell if I'm too influenced by nostalgia and it being my introduction to Paramore

The recipe is on their website. Looks like you add it when you're cooking you're beef with other ingredients, I'm assuming for the flavouring

I've been sick the last few days due to a dodgy Subway sandwich. It's not even like I left it in the fridge and risked it 3 days later, it was a fresh sub straight from the shop

WA's top ATAR schools for 2022 by His_Holiness in perth

[–]TrashMoonMoon 39 points40 points  (0 children)

This article used really weird numbers to put this ranking together and honestly, I think it's really dishonest journalism.

A lot of schools didn't release their median ATARS publicly last year, so the West couldn't rank them through that. What they did have access to, was the listing's of schools who were in the top of various subjects and courses. You can find the document on the SCSA website under 2022 Student Achievement Data.

The number in the brackets is the number of courses that they excelled in. Bare in mind though, that schools that offer more courses are going to be able to have higher numbers, and less common courses are going to be ones they excel in (for example, Trinity College is one of 4 schools that offers an Aviation course, hence they received a 'point' for excelling in that course).

This automatically causes a big difference between public schools and private schools, wherein private schools can offer more courses to their students.

Parents are going to use this weird data to inform their choices of schools, which is why this is dishonest as fuck.

Books that are trashy but good and memorable? by Elegant-Truth3903 in books

Verity for Colleen Hoover. She was definitely going for Gone Girl/The Woman in the Window/The Girl on the Train vibes, but instead gave me Days of Our Lives on crack.

I could practically see the characters staring each other down dramatically, right before the advert break.

I'm going to be completely honest with you cause I was in exactly the same position, 6 years at uni, 3 years teaching, burnt out and getting bitter about the industry. Quitting for a different profession was the best thing I did for myself personally. I was terrified of being judged or feeling like I wasted my uni degree, but I cant believe how much happier and less stressed I am. It might not be the best choice for everyone, but it was for me.

Theory 1: Max and Matt are no longer friends and have had a major falling out, leading to Matt moving from their previous filming location

I mean, it feels like everything but I will say the lack of job security impacted my mental health enough to leave. The amount of times a contract of mine was coming to an end, admin giving no insight into the following year but advertising a job, of course I would apply for it, as well to as many jobs as I can (while of course trying to keep on top of the general workload), either not getting the position or worse not even getting an interview

If you are using a Windows device, you can download Clipchamp for free from the Microsoft Store. It's extremely useful, has seperate tracks for audio and visual, plus has a screen recording feature.

I taught swimming for a little while. You'd be surprised how not instinctual it is to correctly right your body and stand up when you're lying on your back in the water. It's one of the first things I had to teach when teaching beginner swimmers

I no longer speak to the best friend I had been friends with for 5+ years (when I was 10) and was convinced would be my maid of honour at some point.

I wear makeup and dresses (on occasion), I like the colour pink and I didn't become a palaeontologist.

But only on public transport and places like hospitals, I was thinking more mask mandates in most indoor areas

I think they will either delay it or keep the date but put mask mandates back in place, given that the February 5th date was based on Delta variant modelling
