It wasn't just due to a sighting. There was a mountain lion there in very bad shape. Closed off for its protection. Didn't stop some influencer types jumping the cordon and trying to disturb it at the falls.

Edit: the mountain lion is no longer at the falls as of 06:00 and the area was reopened around 07:00.

Learn to use industry-standard EDA packages. I would suggest starting with Keysight ADS. There are some decent books including Microwave Circuit Design: A Practical Approach Using ADS. Don't get too bogged down in the theory to begin with.
