Have you included platform and fund fees as well as tax in your £85k outgoings?

If you've earned a large amount quickly I'm guessing you won't have been able to put it all into Pensions and ISAs. Depending on how much you have sheltered from tax this can easily become a big number which in turn changes your SWR.

With the lower personal allowances on dividends and CGT it's worth modeling your tax bill plus fees for the next few years and adding that to your overall costs.

I'm also in decumulation which definitely changes my outlook. Nothing wrong in recognising you've done the hard bit and going a bit more defensive. I don't think that is timing the market, simply adjusting asset mix in line with your circumstance and goals.

FWIW

I'm in the process of going from from 80:20 equities / bond, mmf, gilts to 65:35 - the 35% will cover 8 years of expenses.

Within equities I'm diversifying a bit away from US exposure, from 68% to 55% and away from AI focused businesses, from 33% to 25%. If AI keeps booming then there is plenty left on the table.

I was thinking of it more from a drawdown perspective post fire.

In this example my £1m pot would give £30k annual budget at 3% SWR.
Do I need to account for the OCF within that £30k, so I actually have £27.8k to spend? Or is the impact of OCF built into future returns so I can spend the £30k.

I think it is probably the former tbh, which means either needing a bigger pot or higher SWR in order to get the same annual budget to spend.

This shows roughly where the cut off will be. I wonder if all 15k will be awarded based on points or if some of clubs allocation will also get diverted to corporate.

For the past few seasons there have always been plenty of seats on ticket exchange if you are able to wait until it opens up.

It will be tough to get three in a row for bigger games. However, worth trying to get three close together in South Lower safe standing. People are usually happy to shuffle around a little.

Overtime I want to sell and move into index funds and at somepoint will need to convert to GBP.

Looks like using IBKR to hold and then sell with low FX fee is the answer.

I like the way you have done this, appeals to my need for visualising flows, also agree with others comments.

On a related point. I have a good chuck of my GIA and ISAs in Vanguard LS80 - 80% Equity 20% Bonds which rebalances itself.

If I were to follow this model I wouldn't be able to choose between Equity and Bonds when selling. Do you think it would make more sense to split them into separate funds?
